“My veiling journey began in late-2013, when a friend of mine invited me to experience the Traditional Latin Mass for the first time. Back then as a newbie neophyte, veiling sounded like a fascinating concept - & it even felt surreal when my friend helped me to grace one over my head. Although my Buddhist family sadly treats it as nothing more than just a piece of fabric, wearing a veil instils an internal sense of reverence as our bodies were created to be temples of the Holy Ghost. If at each Mass we appear before the throne room of the Imperial King, what is stopping us from veiling? We veil not for attention, not for glory, but because we are mirrors of Our Lady - who veiled in dignity all for the love of Him." 💖🌹
